My approach blends creativity, collaboration, keen visual instincts, and effective project management. The goal? Elevate NOW's visual storytelling and create a seamless reading experience. I commence with in-depth content analysis to understand the editorial content, tone, and target audience. But it doesn't stop there. I also take the reins in managing and coordinating photoshoots, working closely with photographers, writers, illustrators, and a talented pool of creatives. Advertisement integration is pivotal for both content and revenue, and I ensure it seamlessly harmonizes with the reading experience while offering maximum visibility for advertisers. Moreover, adapting designs for both print and digital platforms is a priority, and timely delivery aligns with NOW's weekly schedule.
